Aaron Shnider – Managing Attorney
With 15+ years of qualified experience, Attorney Aaron J. Shnider has been handling serious criminal charges as a trial attorney. He is also the founder of the Shnider Law Firm, with himself leading the team as a trial attorney. As a teenager, he realized his passion for defending criminally accused individuals led him to become an industry-renowned attorney.
Aaron’s legal career started before college when he worked at numerous law firms. The intensity continued in law school, where he competed nationally in trial advocacy tournaments, graduated magna cum laude, and founded the Jewish Law Student’s Association. David Lamb – Paralegal
David has over 23 years of rich experience across various legal domains. A graduate from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law, he is twice the recipient of the prestigious “American Jurisprudence Award” and a graduate with distinction. David was a Deputy Public Defender IV at San Diego Public Defender’s Office for nearly twenty years where he conducted more than 100 jury trials to verdict and over 35 juvenile adjudications as well as successfully defended several high-profile media cases. He was also the Head of Recruitment & Training. While working as a Public Defender, he also was an Instructor of Criminal Law & Procedure within the University of San Diego’s Paralegal Program. He also received the Distinguished Instructor Award during this period for his utter dedication toward teaching and valuable contribution to legal education.
Pauline – Paralegal
Pauline is a lawyer in Uganda and a paralegal at Shnider Law Firm, with a strong foundation in international law and a growing focus on criminal law and the role of technology in modern legal practice. She combines hands-on legal experience with a keen interest in how innovation, including artificial intelligence, is shaping the future of criminal defense.
