Reply STOP to any text message from Shnider Law Firm, PC.

You may also use another clear opt-out request, including:

CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, or OPT OUT.

After receiving your opt-out request, the firm may send one final nonmarketing message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will then stop receiving SMS messages unless you later provide new consent.

After opting out, you may resume receiving text messages by submitting a new affirmative consent through the website, contacting the firm directly, or otherwise providing legally sufficient consent.

24. Carrier and Delivery Disclaimer

Wireless carriers and network operators are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile information may also be disclosed:

  • With your direction or consent;
  • When required by law, court order, subpoena, or legal process;
  • To satisfy professional or ethical obligations;
  • To investigate fraud, misuse, or security incidents; or
  • When reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, property, or security of the firm or others.

27. No Attorney-Client Relationship Through SMS
